Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll receive pro-rated credit.
What happens if I exceed my simulation limit?
If you reach your monthly simulation limit, you can either wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan immediately. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly allocation.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and educational institutions?
Yes. We offer special pricing for 501(c)(3) organizations, educational endowments, and academic researchers. Contact sales@endowcast.com with your institution details to discuss eligibility and discount rates.
Is there a long-term contract required?
No. All plans are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Annual billing offers 15% savings but is not required. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
How does the 14-day trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day institutional trial with full feature access. No payment method required to start. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue with the free plan.
Can I add more user licenses to my plan?
Yes. Foundation plan includes 5 user licenses. Additional seats can be added at $99/month each. Foundation Pro includes unlimited licenses at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for annual subscriptions. For Enterprise accounts, we can accommodate purchase orders and invoicing.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each organization has isolated data storage. We never share your portfolio data or simulation results with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
